Fauzan is a Petroleum Engineer by profession. In the UK he established the Victorious consult limited, a logistics company that works in partnership with various subcontractors like Delivery Masters Ltd and Jays Network to offer courier and delivery services on behalf of Amazon Logistics UK Ltd. Upon returning to Ghana Fauzan established Dan Madawaki Ventures, a construction and supply firm that has executed contracts and supply works for key government institutions. Fauzan also established the Deens Pharma Ltd which is wholly retail pharmaceutical business supplying quality drugs and sundries.

He is also a partner and founding member of El-Mofauz Gh ltd and Hamal Gh Sports agency, an investment and sports agency respectively. He is currently a member of the Ghana National Antidoping Committee serving under the ministry for Youth and Sports.
